Shipping Policy – Ten23 Labs

At Ten23 Labs, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives promptly and in optimal condition. Our shipping practices are tailored to safeguard the quality of your products, especially during extreme weather conditions.


Summer Shipping Schedule (May–September)

To protect the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we limit shipping to early in the week during hot months to avoid weekend delays and warehouse exposure.

  • Orders placed Monday through Wednesday by 10:00 AM (PST) will be shipped out the same Wednesday.

  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM Wednesday through Sunday will be held until the following Monday.

  • No shipments are sent Thursday or Friday during the summer months.

Summer Packaging Details

During the summer, every order is packed using a high-performance insulated pouch engineered for durability, shock absorption, and thermal protection. Inside each shipment, we include a SpotSee™ Time-Temperature Indicator Tab, which uses proprietary technology to track whether the package has been exposed to sustained temperatures above 86°F—a threshold that could compromise product quality.

This system provides peace of mind and clear visual confirmation that your product was shipped safely and remained within acceptable temperature ranges.


Cool Weather Shipping (October–April)

  • Standard shipping resumes Monday through Friday.

  • Same-day processing cut-off remains 10:00 AM (PST).


Shipping Method & Fulfillment

  • Most orders ship via 2-Day Air to reduce transit time.

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends).

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your shipment is processed.

Ten23 Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments once the order leaves our facility. These events are out of our control. We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking number and contacting the carrier directly for resolution if an issue arises.
